A joint venture of Turner Construction Company and Consigli Construction Co., Inc. was selected to provide construction services for The Kenneth C. Griffin Pavilion at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), a state-of-the-art cancer care facility to be built on MSK’s main campus in Manhattan.
The Kenneth C. Griffin Pavilion at MSK is designed to meet the evolving challenges of cancer care, as treatments become increasingly complex and demand for advanced technologies continues to grow. The facility will enable the institution to expand its capacity while maintaining uninterrupted patient care throughout construction.
The new pavilion will significantly enhance MSK’s ability to treat more patients and accommodate more complex cases in the future. Upon completion, the facility will feature 12 operating suites and 208 single-occupancy inpatient beds, all dedicated to patient care.
Construction of the pavilion is expected to be completed in 2030. Throughout the project, MSK, Turner, and Consigli will work closely with community members, as well as City and State stakeholders, to ensure the safety, health, and care of patients, staff, and neighbors.

FlatironDragados is moving into the construction phase of the $518 million Windsor Woods, Princess Anne Plaza and The Lakes Stormwater Improvements project, following successful completion of a two-year collaborative preconstruction phase with the City of Virginia Beach and design partner Arcadis.
Implementation of the comprehensive flood protection infrastructure program developed by the City of Virginia Beach will protect city assets and meet the needs of the community for generations to come.
