Grupo ACS, in accordance with its usual policy for disposal of infrastructures that are or will be under operation, has communicated through a Relevant Fact to the CNMV that the Executive Commission of ACS Actividades de Construcción y Servicios, S.A. has agreed to initiate the selling process of its renewable energy assets, both domestic – registered or pre-registered in the corresponding official registers – and international. These assets amount to a net installed capacity of 1,757 MW, divided as follows: 1.056 net MW of wind energy in Spain 352 net MW of wind energy installed abroad 349 net MW of thermosolar energy in Spain
