ACS Group has brought together 34 senior leaders in Madrid for the culmination of the ACS University Executive Leadership Program – an intensive, year-long experience designed to accelerate capability and strengthen cross-Group collaboration.

That’s why we’ve taken a decisive step to boost talent development through a collaboration agreement with the School of Civil Engineering (Escuela de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos) at UPM.

In this video, we summarize our Investor Day 2025, focused on the Group’s roadmap for Data Centers through 2030, with the participation of leading investors and analysts. During the session, Group CEO Juan Santamaría shared ACS’s progress and vision for the next phase of its global growth.

The fourth edition of “Clece Emplea” offered more than 2,500 jobs to candidates from disadvantaged groups, such as people with disabilities, at risk of social exclusion or long-term unemployment, as well as women who have suffered gender-based violence.

The evolution of the ACS Group logo reflects a solid, cutting-edge identity with a modern feel and strengthens our international positioning. Our logo evolves to adapt to the ACS Group's new phase under the "One Group, One Team" vision and the trend towards more minimalist and versatile designs.
