UGL secures engineering and asset management contract for bulk liquid storage terminal network

CIMIC Group's UGL has been awarded a multi-year contract by Quantem, a leading independent provider of bulk liquid storage infrastructure, to provide integrated engineering and asset management services across its terminal network in Australia.

The contract will support nine bulk liquid storage terminals helping ensure the safe storage and distribution of fuels, chemicals and other essential commodities across Australia.

Under the contract, UGL will deliver comprehensive engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services for Quantem's terminal facilities.

Quantem has a combined storage capacity of more than 677,000 cubic metres and plays an important role in the storage and distribution of fuels, chemicals and other essential commodities, contributing to energy security and supply chain resilience in Australia and New Zealand.

Work is expected to commence in November 2026.
